Job Description

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire prospective clients.
• Promote suitable financial, investment and wealth management products.
• Manage and grow existing client portfolios.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on leads and prepare proposals.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor client accounts and financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure financial solutions.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong sales, business development and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of microfinance, banking products and basic investment concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work effectively in a team.
• Experience in financial services, microfinance or retail banking is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
