Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within a consulting or recruitment agency environment and demonstrate the ability to manage recruitment assignments across multiple industries.
The successful candidate should be comfortable recruiting across sectors including FinTech, FMCG, Information Technology, Banking & Financial Services, ISPs, Telecommunications, and other industries.
The role requires strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
Please note that only candidates who have worked in a consulting firm will be considered.
