The Sustainability Officer will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, integration,
oversight and communication of the Groups’ Environmental Social and Governance (“ESG”) Strategy and
systems, thereby ensuring that the Group remains aligned with international best practices in all key aspects of
ESG relevant to the business of the Group. He/she will be responsible for helping the company maintain a
leading edge in transitioning and operate a responsible and sustainable business.
