Responsibilities

• Strategic & Executive Support
• Support the MD in coordinating strategic priorities, special projects, and executive initiatives.
• Translate strategic directives into clear actions, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Track key initiatives and provide concise progress updates.
• Prepare decision briefs highlighting key issues, risks, implications, and next steps.
• Research & Business Intelligence
• Conduct research on luxury real estate trends, emerging locations, competitors, customer preferences, technology, and innovation.
• Monitor relevant economic, regulatory, and industry developments.
• Benchmark the company against leading local and international luxury real estate developers.
• Research new concepts, materials, technologies, amenities, sustainability practices, and global development trends.
• Convert research and information into concise, actionable insights for the MD.
• Strategic Opportunity Assessment
• Support preliminary research into potential land acquisitions, partnerships, investment opportunities, new markets, and strategic initiatives.
• Compile relevant commercial and market information for management consideration.
• Present facts, risks, competitive context, and strategic implications to support opportunity assessment.
• Executive Office & Decision Support
• Prepare the MD for Board, investor, banking, consultant, and strategic meetings.
• Consolidate information from relevant departments into concise executive briefs.
• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and key engagements.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, correspondence, minutes, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Follow up on agreed actions and ensure timely execution by relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate professionally with investors, financial institutions, HNW/UHNW clients, government and regulatory stakeholders, strategic partners, architects, consultants, professional advisers, and other key stakeholders.
• Confidentiality & Information Integrity
• Maintain strict confidentiality of executive, commercial, financial, investor, and client information.
• Verify material information before presenting it to the MD.
• Exercise sound judgement regarding sensitive information, access, disclosure, and escalation.
• Ensure information is communicated accurately, objectively, and without distortion or omission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including exposure to executive management, strategy, research, or business intelligence.
• Experience in real estate, investment, consulting, financial services, professional services, or a comparable sector is advantageous.
• Strong research, analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and digital research/productivity tools.
• Demonstrable experience handling confidential information and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and information accuracy.
• Ability to synthesise complex information into concise and relevant executive insights.
