Senior Sales Closer – Real Estate | Outsource Nigeria

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
• Engage local and diaspora clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections and investment briefings.
• Negotiate deals, handle objections and follow up with prospective clients.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor performance against targets.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business decisions.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years' experience in sales closing, business development or high-ticket sales.
• Experience in real estate, luxury sales, banking, insurance, mortgage products or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients or diaspora customers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools and digital communication platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
