Paras Energy is recruiting an experienced Senior HR Officer to support HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and labour law compliance!
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 6–7 years’ experience in HR (preferably in the power, energy, or FMCG industry)
• Proficiency in HRIS/HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
