Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound requests across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Email, converting customer inquiries into completed, paid orders.
• Interpret client specifications and create clear, detailed procurement briefs for internal sourcing teams and suppliers.
• Track sales pipeline metrics, follow up on pending quotations, re-engage cold leads, and build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Monitor customer demand trends, propose creative sales acquisition channels, and manage front-line social media interactions.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc., or relevant Professional Certification in Business Administration, Marketing, SCM, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, customer success, e-commerce, procurement, logistics, or B2B sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in managing business interactions via WhatsApp and social platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple client pipelines concurrently.
