Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings and visa applications.
• Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks.
• Prepare professional letters, reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure effective day-to-day administrative operations.
• Manage communication and maintain organised records.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive assistance or secretarial administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Experience managing executive schedules and travel arrangements.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
