Education: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Professional Development: Active progress toward or willingness to study for a professional accounting certification (such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAN, or AAT).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
Competencies: Strong attention to detail, good numerical and analytical abilities, basic knowledge of GAAP or IFRS principles, and high integrity for handling confidential data
