‎Job Summary

‎

‎We are seeking a Qualified and Experienced Elementary Teacher to lead an elementary classroom. The ideal candidate must be passionate about child-centered education, skilled in guiding independent learning, and committed to fostering academic excellence and character development.

‎Key Responsibilities

‎

‎· Prepare and maintain a structured learning elementary environment.

‎· Present lessons across core subject areas (English, Mathematics, Cultural Studies, Science, etc.).

‎· Develop individualized learning plans based on observation and assessment.

‎· Guide pupils toward independence, critical thinking, and responsibility.

‎· Maintain accurate academic records and progress reports.

‎· Manage classroom behaviour using positive discipline strategies.

‎· Prepare pupils for internal and external assessments where required.

‎· Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and written reports.

‎· Collaborate with fellow educators.

‎· Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.

‎Requirements and Qualifications

‎

‎· Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed./B.Sc. Mathematics/Education Mathematics, or B.A/B.Ed English or related field)

‎

‎· Minimum of 3 years experience in an elementary classroom

‎

‎· Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills

‎

‎· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

‎

‎· Broad subject knowledge

‎

‎· Adaptability to mixed-ability learners

‎
