Job Description

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers to introduce the company and maintain strong business relationships.
• Engage customers and potential clients through calls, meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate support.
• Follow up after meetings, enquiries, and service interactions.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and outstanding issues.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to Management.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention, repeat business, and additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports on customer engagements, field activities, enquiries, and outcomes.
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and industry events.
• Stay informed about company products and services and communicate their value clearly to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field work and face-to-face customer engagement.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a commercially minded approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry or experience with corporate clients is an added advantage.
