Job Description

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition across High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), institutional, and corporate segments
• Mobilize assets into equities, fixed income, and other investment products
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue and AUM targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and portfolio growth
• Provide tailored investment advisory aligned with client risk profiles and market conditions
• Prepare and deliver high-impact investment presentations and proposals
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within the Nigerian capital market

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience within a finance firm (Asset Management, or Investment Banking)
• Demonstrable track record of client acquisition and asset mobilization
• Strong network of HNI and/or institutional investors
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian capital market, products, and SEC regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
