Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content and high-quality photography.
• Support pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
• Capture live events, customer spotlights, employee stories, and campaign launches.
• Tailor visual formats, aspect ratios, and pacing for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Web, and Paid Ads.
• Organize and maintain the digital asset management (DAM) library.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in visual storytelling, videography, photography, or multimedia content creation.
• Comfortable working on set and in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds.
• Ability to translate brand themes and human moments into engaging visual narratives.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless camera systems.
• Experience with lighting setups and audio equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high production value, composition, lighting, and narrative editing.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
