Job Description

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise daily front desk and guest service operations.
• Support front office management and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Coach, train and encourage team members to improve performance.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve conflicts and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service quality and ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Support staffing, room revenue and occupancy targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of guest recognition and service programmes.
• Participate in staff performance reviews and training.
• Monitor guest feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Support administrative, financial and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Applicants must meet either of the following:
• High school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years' experience in guest services, front desk or a related area; OR
• A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field. No work experience is required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to supervise teams and maintain high customer service standards.
